1. Maintenance of motor and reducer
To master the essence of crane component maintenance technology, first of all, the temperature of the motor shell and bearing parts, the noise and vibration of the motor should be regularly checked for abnormalities.
In the case of frequent starting, the cooling capacity of ventilation will be reduced due to low speed, and the temperature rise of the motor will increase rapidly due to large current. Therefore, it should be noted that the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed the upper limit specified in the instruction manual.
Adjust the brake according to the requirements of the motor operation manual.
Refer to the manufacturer's instructions for daily maintenance of the reducer. The foundation bolts of the reducer shall be checked frequently and the connection shall not be loose.
2. Lubrication of traveling device
Secondly, in the maintenance technology of crane components, it is necessary to remember that the ventilator should be well lubricated. If it is used, the breather cap of the reducer should be opened first to ensure good ventilation and reduce internal pressure. Before operation, check whether the lubricating oil level of the reducer meets the requirements. If it is lower than the normal oil level, add lubricating oil of the same model in time.
The bearings of each wheel of the traveling mechanism have been filled with enough lubricating grease (calcium base grease) during assembly. It is not necessary to refuel daily. The lubricating grease can be replenished once every two months through the oil injection hole or by opening the bearing cover. The lubricating grease can be removed, cleaned and replaced once a year.
Apply lubricating grease at the engagement of each open gear once a week.
3. Maintenance of winch unit
Frequently observe the oil window of the crane reducer to check whether the lubricating oil level is within the specified range. When the oil level is lower than the specified level, the lubricating oil should be replenished in time.
Under the condition that the crane is not used frequently and the sealing condition and service environment are good, the lubricating oil in the reducer box should be replaced once every half a year, and once every quarter when the service environment is bad. When water ingress is found in the crane case or there is always foam on the oil surface and it is determined that the oil has deteriorated, the oil shall be replaced immediately. When changing the oil, the oil shall be replaced in strict accordance with the oil specified in the operation manual of the gearbox, and the mixed use of oil shall be avoided.
