As the heart of the whole electric hoist of the climbing frame, we should learn more about the motor problems, in order to prevent the motor problems during construction.
The motor plays a role in driving the gearbox and providing lifting power in the whole climbing electric hoist. The following problems often occur in daily use:
1. The motor has abnormal noise
Analysis: the motor power supply is missing (the cable connector is not connected properly and the contact is poor). If it works continuously, it will burn the motor. When the motor is transported, the rear housing is bumped and deformed, causing abnormal noise on the brake friction surface.
Method: Connect the three-phase power supply line inside the motor, and avoid bumping the motor during handling.
Problem 2: Motor trip 1
Analysis: It may be caused by current and voltage instability
Method: Ask electricians to check whether the current and voltage are stable, and whether there are electrical appliances with large public power consumption, such as tower cranes, artificial elevators, electric welding machines, butt welding machines, etc., if there is no false connection at the connection of the hoist, if there is any, disconnect the hoist wire from the new connection.
Problem 3: The motor trips 2 (the hoist wire is hot or does not jump when the hoist wire is pulled)
Analysis: the resistance increases due to partial short circuit of the hoist wire or moisture in the internal hemp rope
Method: Cut off the hoist wire for a short circuit, or cut the hoist wire to pull out the hemp rope inside. The hemp rope inside the hoist wire may be in water
